They always went out of their way to ensure that I had everything I needed and that I was comfortable. . the location of the hotel was perfect for my needs. It was centrally located and close to all the major attractions and businesses in the area. One of the best aspects of my stay was the spa facilities. the spa offered a wide range of services and treatments, and I was able to relax and unwind after a busy day of work.

There was a broken lock in the room, we never got it fixed and had to go with a porter all the time.

Sea Shell Resort & Spa is conveniently located right on the beachfront, allowing guests to enjoy long walks along the sea. It is also just a short 5, minute walk to the main street with shops and restaurants. the lobby is spacious and clean, creating a welcoming atmosphere upon arrival.

The Wi, Fi at the hotel is very slow and unreliable, making it difficult to stay connected.

The waiters were quick and helpful, the meals were varied.

Wi-fi signal was poor, the receptionists were not helpful and did not speak English well.

The hotel had a great location right on the beach, offering stunning views and easy access to the sea. The food served at the restaurant was delicious and there was a wide variety to choose from. the spacious and clean rooms provided a comfortable stay.

The staff at the reception had limited English proficiency, which made communication difficult at times. the Wi-Fi in the lobby was slow and often unreliable.
